Allegheny Health, Education and Research Foundation (AHERF) — Bala Cynwyd, PA
February 1995 to March 1998 - Graphic Designer/Illustrator
Designed, lllustrated and produced various printed materials for the Allegheny Hospitals System and Allegheny University of the Health Sciences, a 9-hospital health care system in the Pennsylvania and NJ area. Responsibilities included design, illustration, pricing and production of brochures, booklets, programs, invitation packages, ads, displays etc as well as supervision and management of the freelance design staff.


Group Two Advertising — Philadelphia, PA
September 1984 to December 1994 - Illustrator/Computer artist
Worked closely with art directors to create camera-ready BW and 4/c ad mechanicals for national newspapers and magazines, direct mail flyers, sales office displays, 4/color brochures, corporate annual reports , point of purchase displays, etc. for over 50 real estate builders and developers throughout the country and Canada. Responsibilities included all stages of art production: typesetting, page layout, illustration, logo design/finish, mechanical paste-up, floorplan inking, rubylith overlays, etc. Other responsibilities included supervision and management of freelance artists; operation and maintenance of VGC Total Camera III, Linotronic 200P, and Zebra Processor. Four years experience using QuarkXPress, Aldus Freehand, Typestyler, Ofoto, Pixel Paint, and Microphone.
