The Creative Partnership of Butler & Deahl

Robert J. Butler and Gretchen K. Deahl are uniquely qualified in the fields of print media and web site design and Information Technology. Each of the principal partners of ThinkTech Design possess over twenty-five years of experience in their respective specialties.

Robert J. Butler, a former IBM Computer Field Engineer and Operations Manager of Information Technology at North Philadelphia Health System, complements the creative skills of Ms. Deahl with a twenty-five year background in computer hardware and software support covering personal systems on both the PC and Macintosh platforms and mid-range systems from IBM. Mr. Butler's programming experience is clearly demonstrated through the interactive features that he and Ms. Deahl apply to their Web Site development and design. Mr. Butler's creative skills also include writing and promotional media design.

Mr. Butler specializes in Local and Wide Area Networks and Internet and Web based Communications Technology. ThinkTech Design's Web Servers, E-Mail Servers, and Conferencing Servers were all designed and custom engineered by Mr. Butler. Projects completed by Mr. Butler include the design of the Information Technology and Telecommunications Data Center and the $250,000.00 Enterprise Network for North Philadelphia Health System as well as the design and maintainance of the network for Community Energy, Inc., a fast growing renewable energy supplier, from 2002 through 2005.

Gretchen K. Deahl After graduating with honors from the prestigious Philadelphia College of Art (now called the University of the Arts) in 1982, Gretchen, an award-winning illustrator, has applied her creative talents in fields as diverse as real-estate advertising, hospital communications and children's literacy education, among others. When methods incorporating computer technology entered the world of graphic design, she expanded her repertoire of skills to include computer graphics and web design. Her varied styles of illustration have been used in newspapers, magazines, brochures, as well as on the Internet.
